OXIMORON DE BACHELET UNA COLUMNA DE SENADOR ANDRES ALLAMAND

  

EL OXIMORON DE BACHELET Por Andrés Allamand   Una de las definiciones más aceptadas de oxímoron es la que señala que se trata de una "combinación de dos conceptos de significado opuesto en una misma palabra o expresión". Los ejemplos clásicos  de oxímoron son "muerto en vida", "silencio atronador", "hemorragia sin sangre" y tantos otros. Muchos han comentado el ya famoso "realismo sin renuncia" de la Presidente Bachelet. La frase ya compite con otras palabras o frases suyas igualmente conocidas ("paso" para no opinar de algo, "me enteré por la prensa" para justificar su actitud en el caso Caval) en la carrera por "marcar" su segundo mandato presidencial. Pero ¿Puede haber un realismo sin renuncia? La respuesta es necesariamente negativa. No puede. El razonamiento es simple: El realismo es aquello que llama a terreno la idealización, lo que aterriza las ilusiones. Un deportista que aspira a ser campeón olímpico en diversas disciplinas al mismo tiempo, un militar que pretende tener la misma energía para detener al enemigo combatiéndolo en distintos frentes, un político que cree que se puede cumplir un programa de gobierno sin atender a los recursos,  tarde o temprano  es llamado a sentar cabeza por el peso de la realidad. Y entonces debe admitir los espejismo no se  materializan. Para el actual gobierno la campana del realismo ha venido de la mano de la constatación que sin crecimiento las reformas son imposibles. Sin embargo, al parecer el mensaje no está siendo entendido a cabalidad. Es la orientación de las reformas lo que frena el crecimiento; no al revés. Si para Bachelet el "realismo sin renuncia" eso sólo atrasar en el tiempo las equivocadas, improvisadas y minoritarias reformas, todo lo que haga será inútil. ¡Aplicar una mala reforma por etapas no la hace una buena reforma! Para que tenga sentido tal "realismo" no basta el gradualismo; se necesita un cambio en el rumbo de las reformas que impulsa el gobierno.
